Bookings/Cancellation Policy

In order to secure your booking we prefer to take half of the total as a deposit. You can pay via Paypal (link on the home page), bank transfer or personal cheque. Please note from the date of booking, we can only hold the room for three working days.

Prices start from £30 per person per night, based on two people sharing. If you are a single person please e-mail us for a quote. If accepted single night stays may incur an additional fee. We reserve the right to only accept a minimum of 2 night bookings on weekends and 3 night bookings on Bank Holiday weekends, but please still enquire.

If you have to cancel the booking for any reason we will always try to arrange with you an alternative date using the deposit that you have already sent. If you are unable to do so, we will return the deposit, minus a £10 administration fee if we can re let the room. Please note any cancellations with less than 7 days notice, deposits will not be reimbursed or alternative dates arranged.

If for any reason you need to leave during your stay before the end of your booked dates we require full payment for the ‘booked period’ before you leave. Again, if we can re let the room we will refund you, minus the administration fee.
